Privacy Statement.

impowr ("we", "us", "our") is a coaching, training and performance development business based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this statement.

• Contact form submissions — name, email, subject and message you send us.
• Free resources & lead-magnets (e.g. the 7-Day Map, Talent Temperature Check) — name, email and, where relevant, company.
• Program & event applications — name, email, company, role and the answers you provide in the application.
• Discovery & booking calls — scheduling details captured via our booking tool (Calendly).
• Coaching, assessment and program content — notes, exercises, reflections and assessment results generated during your engagement with us.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device information collected in standard server logs.

Under Article 6 GDPR we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the coaching, programs, events and assessments you book.
• Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, run and improve our services and protect them from misuse.
• Consent — to send you updates, promotional materials and follow-ups after you opt in (for example via a freebie download or newsletter signup).
• Legal obligation — to keep invoicing and tax records.

When you submit a form to receive a freebie, apply for a program, or sign up for updates, we may use your email to send relevant updates, content and promotional materials. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe and you can also write to info@impowr.co to opt out at any time.

Everything you share in 1:1 coaching, group programs, applications and assessments is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share session content, application answers or assessment results with third parties (including your employer or sponsor) without your consent, except where we are legally required to do so. This aligns with the ICF Code of Ethics, which we follow.

We only share data with the service providers we need to run our business — for example email delivery, scheduling (Calendly), payment processing, and website hosting. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions.

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that's the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Enquiry and contact form data: up to 24 months.
• Client and program records: up to 7 years, in line with Dutch tax and accounting obligations.
• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive a portable copy of the data you gave us;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Our website currently uses only essential cookies needed to make the site work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will ask for your consent first via a cookie banner.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is ever 100% secure, so if you believe your data has been compromised please contact us immediately.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
