We bonded over our sense of humour and not taking ourselves too seriously.

We were two
gals with a
common vision

Our journey began when we met in January 2022 working in a high-pressure recruitment scale-up business that was growing 150% year on year. Across the 3 years of working 60+ hour weeks together, going through organisational changes, taking on promotions we didn't feel ready for, and having to build teams from junior up to Director level, we developed a deep friendship and working relationship rooted in shared values and goals.

We realised we were
not alone.

We were in the mid-level of our career with years of great experience behind us, but no clear path or guidance on how to reach the ambitious goals that we had. impowr was born out of a dream to see more women fulfilling their dreams, owning their careers, and changing the face of the most influential industries around the world — that all happen to be male-dominated! ;)

We never do things half way — and we want more women to start playing bigger too!

October 1st 2024 impowr was officially launched!

And so impowr
was born

We took our backgrounds in psychology, recruitment, sales, and performance management, and started developing a coaching model that would give women exactly what they need to unlock the skills they already have within themselves and fulfill their potential. From there our programs were built to give women and organisations all of the tools to PLAY BIGGER and fully own their power.

Yoana Leusin

Hi, I'm Yoana. I grew up in Bulgaria before moving to the Netherlands ten years ago. I've always been a top performer and thrive in competitive settings.

I've always believed in women's limitless potential — a belief reinforced by my parents and my mom's phenomenal example of balancing leadership and motherhood. Despite challenges in male-dominated industries, I've seen how internal barriers are the main thing holding women back. My mission is to empower women to overcome self-doubt and realise their full potential.

My boldest dream is to live in a world where women dare to try, fail, succeed, and persevere. impowr is everything I would have needed at that point in my career.

Tiffany Aude

And I'm Tiffany — French-American, raised in the Alps. For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with human behaviour.

Your mind is your most precious possession; nurtured, it can be the key to unlocking your greatest potential. I've seen how self-inflicted limitations can be devastating to living a fulfilling life. Discovering Wayne Dyer's You'll See It When You Believe It in 2019 transformed my perspective — revealing the power of mindset. Now I'm dedicated to helping women harness this power to achieve joy, fulfilment, and control over their lives.

My boldest dream is to create a platform that gives women the tools and community to become the author of their own thoughts, and own their power to create the reality of their dreams.
